At 7'6" Bob was easily seen from several blocks away as "Lofty" (our Gehl telehandler) lifted him up and down and turned him from side to side 

on the 180 degree swing carriage.

The bottom plate on this building was rotted out.  We replaced the plate, pulled the building back together, insulated with spray foam, re-sheathed the bottom four feet and continued with the roofing project.
