Looks like pavers but won't drift apart and let grass through the cracks.
The concrete comes from a local supplier and color may be added while the material is mixed in the truck or applied on the surface. Special mats are laid on the concrete as it sets to give the desired texture. A special finish coat is applied to help protect your decorative concrete
I actually like decorative concrete in Albuquerque that looks similar to this. Thank you for posting.
